Hello, I’m an auto mechanic. At work, I use an impact wrench a lot, and the condition of retainer clip on its tip is crucial. A worn-out clip or rubber ring let impact sockets loose easily. My boss doesn’t want to wait for me to find sockets dropped deep inside the engine room. Or there is no excuse when socket flies and damages customer’s vehicles. Keeping them in good shape make my job done smoothly and safely.

I used to buy them from Snap-on truck one by one, but I found buying them online much cheaper. I didn’t even know there was a special tool to remove and install clips and rings. For myself, I buy bulk. But if you are a home mechanic, and don’t need so many, you can buy one pack.

Here is the website that shows you information I collect from the internet. You will find what and where to buy.

If you have a question, please feel free to ask by email at contact@impactsocketretainerclip.com.

Thank you!
